Absolutely fantastic!
As I’m recovering from gut issues I found myself unable to tolerate high doses of B vitamins. Most of the other brands give insanely high doses in pills using methylated forms of vitamins. It was such a relief to find a company that offers an easily adjustable dose, non methylated (not overstimulating), with reasonable dosages.
Best of all this company doesn’t put in a bunch of fillers or additives, or try to make it taste like a soda with a bunch of sugar. No, the taste is not “delightful”, but this is essentially medicine, not intended to be candy. Thank you for making a product like this!
Ok so The flavor is very strong... it’s a strong vitamin flavor which of course is expected... but the results are great, might be in my head but my hair loss has significantly slowed down... I still have some but not as bad. It was falling out in wads, my skin isn’t as dry and has helped with my dehydration... I don’t know if these are vitamin b deficiency’s symptoms but that is what this has helped me with especially after trying so many other things ... I am definitely going to continue purchasing it! Btw The look is super yellow orange and you will pee that color so don’t be alarmed... I’m very happy with this product.
You can feel the energy boost but taste a little bitter.
I think it tastes fine. Not gross at all. Helps me feel better. I just take a very small amt at a time. When I have a really busy day I take it more than once.
Only taken one dose but seems to be working well. May be a little more concentrated than most.
What a schoolchild needs. There is an orange color with a bitter tint due to vitamin B2. For breakfast and dinner, half a teaspoon is very convenient to take with a meat dish. I also bought vitamin C in drops 2500 micrograms in 30 drops. Everything is very convenient. I can recommend it to friends.

Hi, I’m Eli. I built this product after watching family members struggle to find a B-complex that didn’t make them feel worse. If something’s stopping you from ordering — a question about ingredients, the dose, whether this is right for your specific situation — I want to hear from you before you decide.
Email me directly: support@herb-science.com. I read every message personally and answer honestly, even when the honest answer is “this might not be the right fit for you.”
