Liquid Niacinamide (B3) — the non-flushing, gentler form of Vitamin B3. Low-dose, clean formulation, designed for people whose bodies don’t tolerate the mega-dose B-vitamin products that dominate the supplement industry.
What B3 (Niacinamide) Does
Niacinamide is the non-flushing form of Vitamin B3. It supports cellular energy production by acting as a precursor to NAD+ — a molecule involved in cellular repair and metabolism. Niacinamide also supports skin health, contributes to nervous system function, and plays a role in DNA repair processes.
Why Niacinamide
Most B3 supplements use niacin (nicotinic acid), the form that causes the well-known “niacin flush” — a hot, prickly, itchy sensation that lasts 15 to 30 minutes at higher doses. While harmless, it’s uncomfortable, and for sensitive systems it’s an unnecessary side effect.
We use niacinamide instead — the same Vitamin B3 your body needs, but in the form that doesn’t trigger flushing. Niacinamide is gentler on sensitive systems, doesn’t lower blood pressure the way niacin can, and delivers the cellular energy and skin support benefits without the discomfort.
(Note: niacinamide doesn’t have the same cholesterol-lowering effect as high-dose niacin. If you’re taking B3 specifically for cholesterol management, talk to your healthcare provider about which form fits your goals.)
Why Low-Dose Liquid
Most “premium” B3 supplements run 1,000% to 10,000% of the daily value per serving. Your body can only use so much B3 at once, and high doses don’t translate to better results for most people. We keep ours at 500% DV or less, in a liquid format that lets you adjust your dose drop by drop and absorb it without capsule fillers or binders.
